I will be checking to see if the banner is up or not every now and then. + Any type of site can apply except for sites such MySpace, LiveJournal, Piczo, etc. + If you win, you may not apply again for 6 months, let others have a chance at winning lol. + You must have a valid email and site. + DEADLINE: July 20 + This isn't a popularity contest so if I find anyone cheating I will remove you. Cheating would be considered gaining more than 30 votes a day. The last SOTM poll only not a single person gained even 20 votes throughout the whole thing, I wouldn't expect to get a whole lot more votes. + This also means you should ONLY advertise for votes on any of your sites, don't ask your friends to ask their friends to vote for you that's considered cheating. + If you didn't win the SOTM, you will automatically be entered into the SOTM for the next month.
